Graham Sharp, US based Director

Graham has over 30 years Senior Executive Management Experience in Media Technology.
As Director of MAC, he has held interim roles as SVP of Products at Vitec; CMO & VP of Business Development at Grass Valley; and CEO of Xtranormal.
Prior to that he was EVP and General Manager of Avid’s $470m Video division; VP of European Operations for Avid; CEO of Post Impressions; EVP of Sales and Marketing at Discreet Logic; VP of Asian Operations for Avid, and was previously at Dynatech, Alpha Image and Tektronix.
Graham continues to provide cutting-edge strategy and M+A advice to blue chip clients, and has a proven track record of successful transactions, building and changing cultures, acquiring and integrating businesses, building shareholder value and managing to a P+L.
He also has an extensive knowledge of international business and cultures gained through living and working in Asia, Europe, Canada and the US.

Neil MacTaggart, UK Based Finance Director

Neil is a Chartered Accountant with a background in asset and corporate finance. He was a founder and CFO of Suffolk Street Group PLC and its Subsidiaries, where he specialized in debt portfolio acquisition and was responsible for the assessment and due diligence of proposed acquisitions, including liaison with investors, fund managers and lawyers.
As an independent financial consultant, concentrating mainly on business rescue, Neil has provided general accounting, financial, investment and business advice to small companies including the preparation of accounting and forecast information for proposed IPO’s, Group VAT and Corporation Tax and statutory reporting and licensing requirements.
